Aft of the cockpit on top of the fuselage....are those crew hatches for ejection seats ?

I don't think those are the hatches. Closer inspection puts them too far aft so I think they're just cooling vents. I'm sure someone with better knowledge of BOne Anatomy can clarify though.

Note the small window just behind and above the unit crest farther forward. I think that's about where the #3 and #4 seats are located.

I think those aft panels are where countermeasures are deployed from. Flares or chaff. I could be wrong!
