These were shot using a 70-200 f/2.8 IS and two cross flashes using the mini pocket wizards.

Nice location, too. Thanks....I was thinking the same thing.
And here is the original straight out of the camera with no adjustments. All edits in Aperture 3 - total time on photo was 30 seconds.
