Shot my 9 year old son's team in a soccer tournament this weekend. Tough shooting. Backlighting, shade, early morning sun, late afternoon sun. It was a lot of fun but man was I tired. Getting up at 5 AM to have him at a game at 8 that was an hour away and getting everything ready. Man what a chore and that does not include all the sandwiches and cooler stuff we brought and packed the previous night.
And I'll tell you what, I am glad I packed food for us. They were selling 4-5 chicken fingers for $8, french fries were $4. A 12oz soda in a bottle was $2.50. T-shirts were $30-$40. To say the least, I felt that was very expensive and over priced. Enough griping, just sharing the experience.
Anyways, these were all shot with the 20d, Sigma 100-300 f4. Let me know what you think of these.
