Worth it to upgrade to cs5?

The advances from CS2 to CS5 are quite significant, but if you will not be taking advantage of them there is no reason to upgrade.

Look at Adobe's site and see what they've added that you will use. Not "might use", but will really help your workflow.

Also, bear in mind that after X number of versions you cannot upgrade and must pay full price on the latest version.

If you want to see what you are missing you can always download a 30 day trial. If it trips your trigger, upgrade. If not, you can continue to be happy with CS2.
