I took these pictures while camping from our canoe. I used a 75 - 300 mm IS Canon lense with a D60 body (now have a D20).
These are the FIRST pictures I have posted on this message board. Would appreciate all serious comments.

I like both the photos for different reasons. The first one particularly looks a little soft. A common complaint of the 75-300. To get thew most out of the lens out to 300mm try to shoot at f/8 at the widest, f/11 is better. Nice color on both. Keep up the good work. Bless the recently fallen and their family and friends.
