I have cropped a bit off of the right side because of an ugly telephone pole and a bit off of the sky because I felt it was just dead space. Cole | flickr

Have you tried Photoshop's smart remove feature? I have Elements 9 and took a quick attempt at removing the pole and wires. White it's not perfect, and does change the picture a little, it doesnt look bad. With a little more care, or someone who is a little better than me, it might look even better. I'm always reluctant to psot someone elses images without permission, but if you like, I'd be happy to show you the quick edit, either by posting or email Colin

Not a huge fan of the powerlines cutting through the scene. If you had zoomed in on the dock and maybe repositioned yourself you could have an outstanding image here. My flickr
