I have posted several times looking for these .[different threads]
Anyway , today I was in Kebble and Shuck-et [Spelling] camera store in palo alto . They think the new lens will be in 1st week of December , maybe thanksgiving week for the new extenders .
He told me the caps I was looking for are called filter stackers and are made by Galt . They have to order with a minimum order of 250 - said to look on net .
I ordered 2 sets for my 72mm filters and a set for my 58 mm . Over $23 free shipping the 77mm are out of stock . [came to 24]
For those wondering what I am talking about , these caps allow you to screw all your same mm filters together and cap both ends to keep out dust . No big deal unless you carry several filters at a time .
I carry 2 ksm Cpl.'s , 2 uv's , 2 nd's for just 77mm . [Sometimes a graduated gray one] If you keep them in their containers they take up to much room - so I screw them together put an adapter ring on camera end and a snap on lens cap on each end .
