Parking Lot Ducks (Candid)

I took this shot of some Mallards that couldn't find a pond. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw them swiming in this giant puddle in this parking lot. Rather then completely zooming in on them I chose to include the car and parking lot. I guess they just needed to cool off between ponds. Any Comments?

.. funny shot :)

..but it's actually sad too :(

Migrating birds often mistake our paved lots for water from the air... (and often enough such lots are located where a good stopping point may have once been)
It can prove to be quite a hazard for birds that are making a trek of hundreds of miles to make such a mistake..

Seems rather grainy and WB seems to be off - looks rather green - even the asphalt.

Its actually a film picture that I scaned. I guess the RGB is off on my scanner. Sorry about that. Anyways not really a "calender" picture like usually seen here, just a funny candid of some ducks.
