I shot this at Pearl Lake State Park near Clark Colorado August 13 with the 100-400 at ISO 1600, f 5.6 at 1/60th . Not the clearest shot ever, but you can get "usuable" shots at ISO 1600.

Looks real good for 1600 .... cool catch too.
