I'm still working on doing a better job of converting images to B&W. Any thoughts on this image? The good? The bad? The ugly? Recommendations?

I didn't even notice the line on her neck. I guess I went overboard on the contrast because in the past I felt many of my conversions were blah and lacked contrast. I guess I need to find that happy medium. Is this version any better?
