I had to shoot this pic in an indoor arena that had very poor lighting. Action was fairly fast. I used the 70-200 2.8L IS and the XT. I kept the shutter speed up at 1/200 no flash.
Any critique on this would be welcomed--and how to have gotten a better pic. I don't have a flash yet. :<((
Original, plus a processed image (USM and curves)run through neat image too.
