I recently started a job working with a landscape company. My job is taking photos of job sites (before, during and after). The photography aspect of the job is something that comes more naturally than the business portion. As well as the photography, the owner of the business has placed me in charge of completing a release form stating that his business is allowed to use pictures of his clients' property on his website/portfolio. To all the pros: what would your release stament look like if you had to do this yourself?

Lots of examples at the American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP) site. You'll need to join for $50/year, but the client should be willing to pay for it.

Unless I'm mistaken, ASMP has a one time fee of $50.00 plus annual dues of $300.00

Could be. I'm not a member, but I'd bookmarked the site.

Actually - any basic model release form will work, there are several - just google "model release form". Here in the states, they must be compensated with at least a stipend which solidifies it as a contract. I usually give them a gold $1.00 coin.
If you ever deal with minors - you need a specific Minors model release form, signed by parent or guardian.

No, it is not any basic model release form. You want a property release form, because you are not shooting a person, you are shooting the person's property.
