I thought the lighting was better in this series than the series in your other post, Camera Flash 1. In the other post, the lighting seemed to be a bit too intense, which nearly blew out the highlights on the left.

On posting crisp images on POTN, I have no answer. I have struggled with the same problem.

I'm sorry to say that they both look unnatural to me. It's clear that the model has a flash lighting her up. This is most apparent in the second with the absence of shadows that would link her to to scene. It actually looks like what you would get if you shot her in front of a chroma screen and pasted her into the street scene in post processing. Try a little less flash.

First is a good action shot but I've seen so many now that that my cup runneth over and I can no longer appreciate them. The second looks like a crop 10mm shot, freakish hand and knee size are scary as are the looking up wrinkles unflattering.

Thanks everyone on your input so far, I hope to improve & get better from this website, and getting people c&c. As I said I am just starting out with off camera flash & have so much to learn.

I will try to turn down the flash, to help make my shots more natural looking. But have read alot that you want to eliminate shadows or atleast soften them as much as possible. Which is more pleasing to the eye??

Also, yes that last pic was shot at 16mm on a full frame, and I guess the hand does look freakishly large, but I love the perspective of 16mm on full frame. I will try to correct her hand in PS.

Thanks again, I will continue to read for more c&C
