I'm fairly new to photography. I've liked it for a while but only been shooting for about 3 months. Here's some photos anyway, I appreciate tips to help me get better.

Well done. I particularly liked #3 because it uses leading lines to the main subject of interest -- the lighthouse.

#2 - nice DOF
#3 with the lead in lines is good.
#4, you have cut-off the top of the "item" at the end of the pier.

These are very nice. Particularly #2 and #3. Not sure about the selective coloring. I don't feel like they are adding any more symbolism to the images, but they still look nice. I think they would look good in just B/W.

Thanks for sharing. m2c.
1 - Subject seems to blend with the background, so some of the emotion is lost to me. Maybe the same teddy bear in a roadside puddle / gutter would work, with that cast-off pose, and then it wouldn't fight with the background for attention.
2 - I like it, but I can't explain why. Maybe just the colorful lights... Woooo:) It reminds me of a landscape segue in a movie, like the fade-out from an end of a scene.
3 & 4 - above (tL). I think 3's an absolute beauty and clearly the winner of the bunch.
5 - I like it; Well executed perspective, but I think it needs something more: Maybe a teddy bear under the tracks? Or better yet, maybe less. The left half fights for my attention against the right half and I feel confined.
