I like some of the editing you have applied.

Are you using a filter plug-in for the various (post-process) filter effects?

i actually dont like the pp job on those man.. i'm not a fan of the washed(for certain things) out look.. i know another local photog that does bikes.. and i think u are trying to emulate him 2 much. I like my shots crisps and colorful, but thats just me.

That would be a no i am using lr and then taking them into ps afterwards could be the reason they are going to far..
Tried something different last night probably something i should have experimented with first not to post right away.

i'll be in van today, we should hook it up... i'm leaving in about 1hr or so and be there for 12 ... shooting again...

yesterdays shoot was amazing but a ****ing nightmare

we shot on a boat, bloody cold, the girl stuck it out tho... i go home to dump my card.. and i cant find it...
my pants have really low pockets so i never keep anything in them, especially change. Each time i sit down **** falls out.. .well i threw my first cf card into my pocket and not into my bag(which i never do). I kept on shooting right.

So the first card Its either on boat, in water, on the street somewhere in vancouver :(

2nd card got corrupt... ahahahahahah so yah.. FAIL DAY. Now i gotta go and get new cards but it sux to have lost those photos... i mean it was ****ing cold and she roughed it out.. poor girl.

**** happens for a reason.. wonder what that reason was yesterday

*dont forget to get me that chainsaw :) i got a good idea

I just figured something out last night been struggling with settings on the camera and i had changed my standard color setting for video thought it was changed and nope been shooting flat really flat i am so pissed so all the work i have been doing with editing was for nothing.
I have to go reshoot again and see if my problems go away once i go into pp ?
If they don't go away i am gonna have a hemorrhage, This 7D has been a real joy to learn all the functions shooting raw. (of course under specific situations and setup of camera)

I am looking at them after i calibrated my monitor and just shot some new things yesterday with the color settings not so flat on the 7D and i think these pictures aren't that bad. If i had used a couple flashes i think things would have popped more. I cannot say enough about the color being out on my monitor figured it out after looking at another computer screen and i was shocked..
Photos are a bit more anal that video work imo this is all new to me.
I think i have ruined all my phones by water if its not a puddle its a toilet..
