Hey everyone,

I'm in the process of consolidating my portfolio. As it stands.... it's a little one-sided towards my girlfriend. I've been extremely busy (school/work) since I started taking this hobby seriously and as a result, most of my pictures are of my girlfriend (aspiring model).

Lately I've had the chance to shoot some other people and have a few shoots scheduled over the next week to give some variety to the portfolio.

Anyways.... as I'm now showing this portfolio to prospective clients, I could use some help selecting what to keep and what to get rid of.

You can see it here: http://www.flickr.com …5/sets/72157623240186770/ (external link)

So what photos should I take out and which ones should I definitely keep in?

Would love some feedback =)

The first link doesn't work, and I don't see a specific portfolio on your flickr link...

I would try to avoid repetition of models, which you've done quite extensively. This could work, if it's done in an intentional, cohesive way. But if you want to shoot people, you need to mix it up and only use each person once, or as close to that as possible.

The images are pretty good for the most part, and you could probably cut it down some. A strong 12 image portfolio is better than an average quality 33 image portfolio.

Molly under pier and Francisco football are both strong images, but then you have tons of pictures of Natalie. Trim it down and maybe ask this question again?

Yah, I just did some grooming.

It's hard when you've only really shot 4-5 people hahah =P

In the process of garnering more variety insofar as models

It's tough to decide which pictures of Natalie to take out since I love so many of them
