That's one problem I hope to deal with when getting more comfortable with people, is able to give direction. That is one of my downfalls.

I should have made him put back his first outfit, or told her not to change. I see that now more, but didn't realize the mistake when it happened.

You are welcome and this is my downfall as well :)

Thanks for posting that color chart Flo

I really like #1, but would crop them different and put more of the beautiful blurry trees in the back ground, and not so much of the grass, and maybe move the camera up 6 inches, and loose the hat.
also might have them both look at the belly too, see how that works.

Like #4, again, loose the hat

for #5, Love the location, and the use of the railing
1. needs shallower DOF, background is too clear/distracting
2. have him behind her, but chest facing you, lightly leaning against the rail but hand is still on her hand exactly where it is now, she would be looking down at the hands instead of at him?? and Him as well? or at her?? have to play with that. Might bring the camera up a bit there, and see how it changes things.
Just suggestions, and things to try.

Godox/Flashpoint r2 system, plus some canon stuff.

Hands are some of the toughest items to shoot. They rarely look "normal" even when well executed.

In the first image, their hands look great. It has unity without looking forced. He however needs to be further down toward to her feet so that she can nestle in towards his chest and look up at him without straining her neck muscles.

In #2, what stands out most are his tats and his watch. His leg position should be lowered so that we can see his waist and she can turn in towards him. He could then place his other hand on her tummy and she can place her on his, and we could see her ring. You want to think in circles. The womens tummy would be the base of the circle and the arms would be the sides of the loop culminating in the tops of the heads at the top of the loop.

In 3, she is biting her lower lip, which is kinda cute but his hat is cutting into her chest area, and I would really consider a clothing change or at least drop off those stupid military(ish) stripes off of the shirt. Too many distractions, and no real unity it the shot, it looks forced.

#4, has better expressions for her, and the hand placement is ok and shows unity. Next time have her tilt her head toward him for the unity and keep him from smashing his nose into her forehead.

5, Good expressions on both, but the rest.. not so much. His hand looks as if he is coping a feel (sorry) and the bridge is cutting right through both of their heads. His left arm looks as if it is passing right through her head.

As far as clothing is concerned, you can suggest (strongly) that the hat will not look good in this type of portrait. I have had to refuse to do shoots due to clothing poorly chosen.
