I need a couple extra batteries for my 60D. Anybody try the "knock off" brands? Any good?

What is the battery model #?
New camera may take a while before non OEM models show up.

I've used the Pearlstone from B&H with my 7D with no complaints.

Sterlingtek is def the most popular Ive heard of. I have never owned or used anything but the Canon batteries, but A LOT of people around here have had great luck with the Sterlingteks.

The last time I checked, Sterlingtek was not yet selling any Canon LP-E6 compatible batteries. The LP-E6 is the newer battery that contains a microchip and communicates its power capacity with the body, and is used in 60D, 7D and 5DMkII.

If that is the battery used in the 60D, then the Maximal batteries are a good battery. I bought two. They work just like the OEM batteries, report all information as well as percent charge left and number of shots taken.
I charge them with a Delking dual charger. This combo has worked great for me since I use two in the grip.

Do the Maximal's charge in the OEM Canon Charger? Or is there a good dual battery charger you all can recommend?
