There were announced last month, are they showing up in stores in the USA anywhere yet? If so, who has them? I been real happy with the first generation Eneloops.

I was looking for them a week or two ago, but I could not find them. I just settled for the old models since they are so very good to begin with (and I needed them sooner rather than later).

The article says that they're only going to be released in Europe. Here's another article that shows what they look like...

I've purchase the all-white eneloops at Costco. The other day, though, they had all-blue ones in stock. I've never seen the double-x type there or anywhere else.
