Halloween mask 2010

One of the twins picked out part of his halloween costume the other day. He loves it, his brother is scared to death of it. Managed to calm his fear after a couple days and get him to try it on. I used my homemade snoot on a 580ex for some direct, spooky light.

Brandon, the one who isn't scared:

I feel like you captured the feel of the mask with the pics very well!! I am a little creeped out by them, haha! How old are your twins?

Nice shots, looks like a fun shoot!!

As for the last shot, I used my 580 ex with a homemade snoot with grid. Very much like the one in the second picture here:

Mine uses corrugated cardboard instead of all the straws.

I held it below the mask pointing up towards the mask at a very low power, 1/16 power on the flash. Kind of like holding a flash light to your chin as you're telling a scary ghost story.

Let's see some more Halloween shots people. Scary or cute.
