Hey all,

Doing a shoot (VIDEO) with multiple 7D/5DII coming up and one cam has to be upside down under stressful conditions (bouncing and shaking).

Anyone have any idea if the upside down nature of the video is an issue? I have shot a lot with cams upside down and there is no issue, but I do not usually do video at all...

Cheers for the help.

Michael

Shooting upside down is no problem, but the bouncing and shaking are likely to cause bad skew due to the slow rolling shutter in 7D/5D2 video mode. To avoid that, you can use a global shutter video camera in those conditions (almost any CCD), or one with a faster rolling shutter.
