Hey all, I don't post as much in this section as I should. so here are just a few from an e-shoot this past weekend.
It was nice to be able to take advantage of the foliage!
I haven't had many e-sessions, and i wanted to try out my 85/1.8 for portraiture, so this was fun.

He was super tense, but she was stoked to be having her picture taken..

#2 is a winner, how the subject really pops. #5 is pretty cool too

thanks guys!

yeah, i'm hooked to this 85 now haha. it's almost always on one of my bodies now :)

and i agree, that 2 and 5 are probably my favorites from the evening.
it was getting pretty dark out by the time she shot 5, so the iso was fairly high,
but i love the texture of that image as well as the composition..

Great set. I have my heart set on the 85 1.2LII after renting it for a wedding recently.

That tree shot would be out of the ballpark if you got one of the both of them looking into each other's eyes by it. Great shots!

ah bummer!... that tree is still amazing though. definitely would make that one of my "go-to" places if i had one like that here. I'd love to see that shot above either from the persective of over his shoulder with her looking at him (close enough that he is out of focus completely and all you see is the back of him), or with him on the other side of that branch he is by with the both of them looking at each other.

Great shots and location though!
