This one screamed selective color to me

Cute shot that definitely works with selective color. You might consider bumping up the contract, though, as the B&W portion of the image is a little flat.

Yes! I'm not a huge fan of selective color. I only do it when clients ask for it. But this shot looks GREAT with it!! I agree about increasing the contrast!
