Nice shot Moppie.

Do you know what that girl was actually doing?
I was to the right of her there, out of the pic, and didn't know what she was doing. Had some container, and rinsing it out.

Come to think of it...
Ashes perhaps?
For the head boy of Avondale College (my old school)
Just a thought.

Just had a look through my shots, and seen a pic of you taking a shot just around the same time. You're looking at just the feather.

"Nach der Ebbe kommt die Flut" in german means "After the low tide comes the high tide".
Or "After the tide goes out, the tide comes in"...
...that's a highly philosophical statement!

Thank you.
I have no idea what she was doing, but I have several of her and the writing, I don't think she wrote it, she was just dipping something in the water, looked like a drink bottle.

When we arriaved there were some German Tourists in the car park, Im assuming they wrote it :)

I did wonder how close Altavista got, I guess having that last word in there makes all the differnce :D

I prefer your proper translation, its as philosophical as you want it to be ;)

This looks so much better in its orignal size to.

I might post some of the other angles I got, including a nice cliched shot of the feather at the end standing on its own.
