I was hoping I could get some serious help at an intro. C&C or opinions maybe please? I finally decided to give SmugMug a shot and uploaded my first gallery, set up my domain for it, and all of that, but as for my "Bio"...I'm just not sure.

If you'd rather not check out my page, I'll copy it here...

"Let me start off by saying WELCOME!

I consider myself an amateur photographer shooting for fun and experience at the moment. While I dream about becoming a professional, I am in no hurry. Why should I be? I am having so much fun doing what I do, it is ALMOST payment enough! Although some may say I'm great, I want to be sure before I consider myself a Pro.

I have been interested in Photography since I was able to hold a camera, but got a little more serious in 2008. Haven't looked back since!

Please browse my work and feel free to send me a message letting me know how I'm doing! I hope you enjoy viewing my work as much as I did making it."

Please help! :(

skip the entire amateur portion. Just talk about what interests you in terms of photography.

Never hint that you might not be able to do what it is you do, especially if you are passionate about it. If your work creates a reaction with in them it has done it on it's own merit in a style they like.

This may be bit over the top but if you want them to read and then look, over the top it is.

Thats pretty good, I horribly suck at the wordy portion of writing which makes any of these kind of tasks a million times harder.
