Self-plagiarised post from PhotoCamel, as I haven't had a reply from over there for around two weeks now :) !!

I just brought (OK, Not 100% true, someone brought for me) one of these toys from EBay, it was allegedly "complete".

How are the gobos supposed to be held in the gobo-holder ?

Hours of Googling has not produced a satisfactory image of the complete assembly !

Best I could do was find someone who said that the bottom of the filter-holder has a slot where there you could put a screwdriver and separate the front and back of the gobo-holder.

If that is the case, mine is missing the "front" portion.

As far as I can determine, it looks like the previous owner placed the gobos in the holder, as is, and used the rubber rings (shown in the photograph below) to hold them in place.

Your thoughts ?

Thanks,

Austen.

Can't help you with the gobo part... that's one piece i don't own.

However transporting 2 RX600's, i'd recommend the Pelican 1560. You 'could' squeeze 3 in there, i believe, but it does 2 quite well.

Must be a typo on the pelican model #? Surely, you can fit more than that in the 1560....

I think i've fit 3 in there. I doubt you could get more in there. I don't have it handy to check at the moment.
