Cheap eBay light meters

I'm definitely not opposed to spending a lot on a good meter, but I saw these and wondered if anyone has any experience with them, or knows if it would be a worthwhile backup. Thanks. :)

They're not photography light meters (exposure meters) which give you a shutter speed and aperture value for a certain ISO - they're light meters for determining the amount of light in a room of a house, etcetera.
I'm sure you can do some maths to get exposure settings but I'd say you're much better off buying a second hand meter made for photography.
