My. eyes. doth. protest.
Ah, but the feeling of being DONE!
(and thanks for the help from the pros ;) )

Yes, I took a couple breaks. I showered. I ate. But I started at 8 this morning, and it's now 10:30.

12 hours on a spreadsheet!!!

WTH were you working on??

Dood. One burp does not a fest make!

Indeed, tis just the veritable pre-fest, nay, WARM up to the fest!

So, OK, here I am, staying up late with all the rebels, wondering what to do in this late night revelry. *sits, all innocently, waiting expectantly*

My niece and husband have gone the no TV route. I was telling them about you when I was out visiting and how I think it may be one of the many reasons your kids are so great.

Aww. Thanks Becky. :)

ROFLOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last night Eli is complaining if itchies on his leg, high on the inside of his thigh. Daddy the genius offers up the term 'jock itch' which I quickly shoot down. Just now Eli comes out of the bedroom "mom, my scab came off of my jock itch" and holds his ARM up showing a scratched bite. LOLOLOLOL!!!!

HAHAHAHAHAAA!!!!!

Every single adoption form, volunteer form, and all information contained therein, since July of 2009 to date. *rubs eyes, stretches back*
Holy crap. Would have been SUPER nice if this had been taken care of all along by the LAST person who was supposed to have been doing it.

We're talking hundreds of forms with LOTS of information.
And I'm not an excel-type person. I had to learn as I went along. (Love that 'format cell' button!)

Whew...seems the last few days have caught up with Toolman. Meltdown of TMI proportions. (Three Mile Island)

Rut ro...

We had a bit of an issue with luggage on the flights home that is probably going to result in a letter to American Airlines.

We were among the last group to board the plane for our flight from Chicago to San Diego. By the time we reached the gate, they were making everyone with a large bag check it because the overhead bins were full. I told them I wasn't putting my camera bag in the hold, PERIOD. We managed to find room for the camera bags in First Class and put the computer bags under the seat.

What was irritating was that people who boarded earlier were allowed to put their bags in the overhead bins, although a lot of them were so large the bins wouldn't close. I watched one woman struggle to get her bag down when we landed because it was so large and the bin right over my head was difficult for the flight attendant to close because the door was hitting the wheels.

What they need to do is either eliminate the exorbitant fees for checked baggage (which are causing passengers to bring larger and larger carry-on bags) and/or enforce the regulations on carry-on size for ALL passengers, not just the late boarders.

No, not forms. Just information from the paper forms.

Yes. Pea is wonderfully distracting for the flame. Keeps the rubber bugs at a minimum :-|
