Its good to see that you continue to use punctuation even when it is for your own consumption :-)

I have to maintain some semblance of order... Actually, what writing you see has been enlarged many times. I write extremely small. No, really. Always have. Makes it really hard to read sometimes. I remember in school, my various teachers would complain and try to get me to write bigger. I would start out writing big, but by the end of the paper, it would be back to my "normal".

I always hated when a teacher would give out an assignment that required "two pages front and back". The girl across the way would be able to write that requirement in about two or three sentences in her standard loopy, heart dotted "i" cursive whereas I, using my miniscule scrawl, had to write a book.

I tend to ramble. Feel free to put me on ignore.

Ahh yeah, I hated that too...since my handwriting is smallish too. But did the teacher ever define to you what a "page" was? You could have gone for a small book :D

My signature has really deteriorated over the years. It used to be very neat and legible. Now, I start with a big, curly capital L (like the one Laverne always had on her clothes in the TV show Laverne and Shirley), then from there it turns into a squiggly line with nothing that resembles any known letter in the English alphabet.

My dad had the most perfect signature. Seriously. His cursive writing was just like the primers we used in second grade. All in a line, perfectly curled... he even used the "Q" that looked like the number 2.

He would always despair over my writing. My signature, even when I did it slow, was, and is, illegible.

Oh, they always made it clear that it was a standard 8.5x11 page. College ruled, etc.

They did it cuz they hated me. I'm sure of it. I loved it when we shifted to typed pages (before you could change the size of the font, you know, "typewriters"). It evened up the playing field, as it were.

GRRRRR Baggage, When I flew to Krakow in Poland we went cheepo airlines (Ryan Air)

I x Return air Fair = £35

Excess baggage one way = £153

On one of my early flights to india I only took one suitcase, it was well within my 1st class limit but was too heavy for the UK health and safety regulations by 2 kg!! they made me take out two books and a pair of shoes that I had to put in a carrier bag.

In India they do not have health and safety regulations.

Afternoon everyone...session got rescheduled from this morning, but had a nice opportunity to talk with the new makeup artist/hairstylist that I hope to be able to use fairly often. I think we'll get along well.

New monkey in the wrench...where we live there are a LOT of two family homes, so now we are thinking that would be the best bet for us, so that we have income from the property as well as being able to live in it, and when the time comes to move in with my mom (perhaps when Eli is heading to middle school) we will then be able to rent out the whole thing.

morning...sort of.
Boy, all the "death" topics this morning...so "up". I can just say that I hope I die first. I know I would want to without my pirate so it would save me some moral struggles in the end.

Love that album. Time to dig it out and stick it in the ol cd player.

isn't it funny, I just noticed this morning that we both still call them albums, even though they are CD's.

Awwww, I have had one cat or the other on me since we got home last night. Bed got fairly crowded last night with all four cats up there at one point.

Kitteh has been unusually ruthless about attacking Crystal this week. About an hour ago she did it again while Crystal was laying in my lap! Kitteh is having a time-out for a few hours, locked in the bedroom by herself...

Furkids...

No kidding. About an hour ago, Larry, our pet Wooly Mammoth that we thawed out from one of the Mt. Hood glaciers last Spring (boy, is THAT a story), went on a rampage and flattened our neighbor's house. No, really, FLATTENED the house. It's partly my fault as I haven't been able take him out for a walk lately. I can't take him to the dog parks anymore, not after the Chihuahua incident in August. Anyway, the neighbor lady is upset, obviously, because she doesn't have a Wooly Mammoth rider on her home insurance (like that's MY fault?). So now Larry, who just acts like a big puppy, is having a time out in our backyard. Poor little guy's all upset, doesn't understand. He's in some pain, too, because he had a microwave stuck in his footpad. I took it out, but it's a little swollen. Neighbor Lady didn't seem to care about that AT ALL.
