Makes me really sad when he can't go out on the field.

Awwww, like what you are going for.

Sounds promising that I may be able to take the lens. I'll give em a call sometime tomorrow or Tuesday to make sure. My only concern is getting it into the gates. I wouldn't use the lens the entire game, just for some shots of the batters or maybe even a couple plays in the field.

I had no issues at the gate or game when I took mine this summer to Miller Park for the Brewers/Cubs game. I went to the park's website to see if there were any restrictions on cameras/lenses before packing it to go to the game.

evening. Been trolling the real estate listings, we're thinking of a move...GAH!!!

I hope you can get a place you absolutely love, Crissa.

A*D*O*R*A*B*L*E Love Moose's dance around her, they sure seem to know how fragile she may be and avoid any rough hits.

Made it home safe and sound around noon. Can't tell you how much I appreciated the quiet, familiar rural roads compared to the super slabs and traffic of large cities.

Awww...I see what you were aiming for, I think. Maybe if you had the team on the field bokehed...just a thought

Yes....bokeh is what I was aiming for. But with that lens I had...it was no go. Especially from where I was shooting from, through chainlink.

Festive. Yes. Single, Bold Pink. No. :| :p

Thanks Becky :D

Good to hear that you didn't have any problems. I am still gonna call and just ask a general question of are cameras with removable lenses allowed in the ballpark. Hopefully I will not have to resort to actual minimal length of lenses.

Should I be concerned that Dora is here with me in the office and she keeps letting out some low warning growls and half barks?

oooh don't worry Bobert. I had some snake eating zombies ask me for your address. But since they said they were just delivering a package. I didn't think you'd mind.

@.....did (INVALID EMAIL) you get another of the same washer or something different this time?

Same kind, newer model. We did some research, and almost went with a different brand. BUT, we already had the pedestal for this brand, so it was cost effective to get a machine that fit it. And the one we got is the brand new model, and she gave it to us for $500 less than the sticker price.
And we bought the extended warranty. Which means it will last, and we won't need the warranty.
The extended warranty/service plan includes routine maintenance. They'll come out and clean it/grease it, etc.
And we're going to be a bit more diligent in taking care of it. No kids doing laundry.

Yes. I think so too. It's unnatural.

Dan says to say that the bills for stitches he's going to need, for injuries incurred during the taking of this photo, will be sent to you.

I couldn't do both sides. Marlowe would NOT hold still.

The sharp fang on the left is the baby tooth, that large fang on the right is the new one coming in. It looks the same on the other side.

We've had a couple pups with teeth like that. Aww.. little Kraken is growing up!

Yes she is. The cuteness is actually painful at times.

So, I've been assisting with CCD class at our church. Last week I was helping out with a game, and got a bit carried away with the role of Crocodile. This week, the kids unleashed a plague locusts upon me.
