Just a small piece of weddings/engagements, but I work on improving these shots too. I'm pretty happy with these 3. Setup and shot time for each was just a couple minutes, as expected during a wedding/e-session.

On a black piano, flash bounced off wall to left. Lesson learned, dust the piano first, it would have saved a lot of PP. :)

The first one really works well for me. Did you use a macro lens? 100mm?

Thanks. The first really stands out for me as well.

Yes, a macro for the first two. 100L handheld at 1/30th. The third was a 24-70.

Very nice John. Well done.
These will help me convince Jess that we need the 100L macro. :)

Very nice on all of them, I need to work on mine as well! #1 really stands out. lapiqurestudios, I know you mean well but thread hijacking is a no no. It's in poor taste. If you'd like to post this you can start a new thread that way more people can see your work and give input on it. :)
