Being somewhat of a novice in using CS5 or ACR I have got the best results in digital file work etc. since using PS and ACR.
I have taken 250 shots of a event which I wish to show so putting a black frame around my finished shots
is my next step, downloaded a action from epaper press which looks great but when i run it i have to size the frame 2-4pixels each image am i missing something in regards to setting up so that I do not have to go through this dialoug each time .
thanks in advance for a simple method to do this
regards

Here is one that works well that you can create an action for and just run it.

If you just want a simple black border you can create an action in photoshop that works in two different way:
- Enlarge canvas with black, by say six pixels on each side
- Add a stroke (inside option)

If you need to know the basics of creating an action or running it in batch mode google will find plenty of tutorials.
