Not a bad portrait but I would have cropped it a lot closer... There is a nasty shadow across her face from the hair-piece or hat or whatever... That spoils it a bit. So you should have adjusted your light for that.

Image Editing is allowed. Please explain what you did!

I can see what you mean about the 'cropping' lots of wasted space to the right.

You haven't got "image editing OK" turned on otherwise I would have shown you what crop I think would work.
It is not so much the space to the right but more the space at the top and the left. The way she looks and the way she faces require more space to the right than to the left.

What apppears to be a shadow accross her face is, I believe, netting from the hat. I agree that a closer crop to show off the model would help.

Interesting. Like Henk, I thought it was an unsightly shadow, but now that you've pointed out it's some kind of veil, I don't mind it at all. Agree about the crop, but a nice shot.
