The OLDER Photographers' thread...

Well, hey, all!

First off, Simon I see I missed your birthday a few days ago, so a Belated Happy Birthday from me@

Second, I've been absent, some pretty wild health issues that landed me in the hospital for 6 days. They couldn't find what was actually causing my "core" problem, so I'll have to keep seeing doctors, but at least the hospital got me eating and hydrated (I'd been pretty much starving for 3 or 4 weeks) and it got me back on my feet...

Anyway, I've been spending the last couple of days slowly catching up to things here in POTN, so I figured I'd say Hi!

It's been pretty bizarre for the past month or so, but hopefully I can eke my way forward. I now have health care, which does make a difference!

Opportunities exists everywhere! I just have to work at avoiding them. Too often I come in for a close flirt, but try to back out at the last possible second.

Surely you cand find someone or something else with whom or which to flirt. Sure, flirting can be fun, but let's not be too extreme.

One does learn things as one grows older. I have learned that one should observe moderation in all things, and that includes moderation.

Besides, pain is Nature's way of saying you're doing it wrong!

I had my company mandated annual physical last week. I have officially shrunk from 6'0" to 5'11" (1.83M to 1.80M).

I don't mind getting shorter as I get older as long as I don't get SHORTER as I get older.

The choices are limited. And the opportunities seem to seek me out.
