Yeah, reflections are tough when you don't have the ability to move the car where you want it and there is lots of stuff around. They only really seem super noticeable in the first shot though. As far as HDR is concerned, for what it's worth, all these shots are a single exposure just edited to have that "HDR look". It's not an actual HDR with multiple exposures so meh.

That roller is pretty nice. Any reason you set it to 1/100? I set mine to match the speed IE: 1/60th for 60mph and that seems to work well as far as blurring the bg
I've always had good luck multiplying the speed of the vehicle by two and using that as my shutter speed. So if the car is going 50mph, shoot at 1/100th. This rule applies to a rolling shot, but not so much with a panning shot.
