Too funny. I had a conversation that was surprisingly similar with a local Craigslist (I refuse to call her a photographer) person. I asked her about her lighting and gear and she got offended. I couldn't get past my curiousity so I set up a meeting to talk shoot ideas. She showed up with an old Canon EasyShare kit that has the little printer with a cheapy point and shoot camera.

We had a good talk and I taught her some things. Didn't sink in though because her ad is still going up every couple weeks.

But hey, she handles all the $25 customers that scoff at my prices so I don't have to deal with the phone calls!

My camera says Canon and goes clickity clickity click.

This was hilarious - Is very similar to a conversation a recent client of mine had with another entity. I'm not even that expensive but have the basics right and they were glad to pay the extra to get their good set of images.
