This is the only one I found during my short stay there. I think I remember the prices were alright, but don't sell them gear, you will be better off using craigslist.

There is also a Wolf Camera off of Memorial and Beltway 8.

Camera Co-op on Durham just south of I-10. I like them and they're prices are about the same as HCExchange.

I bought a tripod from HCE and it was the exact same price as advertised on B&H's online catalog. The store is located on Richmond. Pretty easy to find from 59 South and the Galleria area.
