I hope somebody can help, I cannot update my mini tt1 and 2 flex tt5's to firmware 5.15. I get an error extracting from file 7. I tried reinstalling the pocket wizard utility. Btw, I am on a mac. I would like to update the firmware to 5.15 since they made improvement for my camera.

Make sure you are using the most recent PW Utility which is 1.18.9, I just did the update a couple of days ago with no problems, (using Mac).

I had a little issue with this too, having just bought the radios. After you install the new software to the you computer make sure that you do a complete reboot on the computer. Not just a restart, but a cold restart. Then bring every thing back up per the instructions.

If all else fails call them tomorrow, EST. I have already talked to them once and they took good care of me.
