I snapped this with my 50mm 1.8 while she was choreographing a dance in her studio. What do you think? Critique is welcome..

I'm only looking on my mobile phone, but I really like it. It has style, grace, poise and energy.

I would be interested to see a version where she was reflected in the mirror, but that's not what this picture is, and I love this picture!

Regards,
/alan

I like it, love the composition, the lines of te rail and the reflection work nicely with her pose, not too sure about the color process, but i like it

Thanks for the feedback!

@borism, do you have any ideas for the color process?

Good composition, corner nicely centered. Wish the overall image wasn´t so "yellow".

Exactly
Is too yellow for my taste, I think the pseudo vintage feel is nice without over doing it, try a few of the Lightroom presets (if you have LR off course) and then go back a bit, a little vignette maybe and you are there

I also think it is too warm. I would try a b/w conversion. Composition and timing are lovely.

Nice shot, works well with your rule of thirds. The color is a little off. Did you shoot this in RAW where you can modify the temperature?

I like the color temperature. It adds a sense of realism to the picture. I don't think it'll have the same effect if you corrected the white balance.

thanks for all the replies. I did shoot in RAW, and with the "correct" white balance it lacked something so I messed with a preset and color curves on aperture and I ended up with this. I think I will also try a black and white conversion.
