I like number 2 the best.

The best shot of the bunch is the last one with the swan preening, The deer image would be very nice with the exception of the tree in the background right between the horns that ruins that image for me the Second image isn't to bad but I would have cropped a little more off the backside to move it out of center here, the third image suffers from many things one being over exposed the whites are burned out on much of the bird, again the subject is dead center almost.

Seems all of the subjects are centered in the frames here work on your compositon and when shooting white birds you will have to compensate some in brighter light and if the sun is real high you are better off not taking the shot and waiting for early morning or late evening light.
