Well, my landlord has been calling a lot lately asking if they could show my apartment. I'm moving out in May but its had 8 appointments now. Come to find out they liked how clean my apartment was and are showing it as example for all the others. And since I'm at school and work all day they don't have to bother other tenants.


They left me a voicemail today saying they'll give me half rent for a couple months for doing so.
