Please tell me what I could do to make my B&W look better.

I like it. I think that picture looks good in Black and White.

It is difficult to say when viewing on a lap top lcd but, upping the contrast might give it a bit more punch. I would probably crop a bit off the left side as my eye seems drawn to the odd structure in the background. Asides that, it's pretty good.
