The second one just has more fill light? lol. It honestly doesnt matter, but i say 1. It speaks more to me!

Skin looks a little too softened in the one you just posted, personally I like the first one.

I like 1....I would however sharpen the eyes just a bit to give them that pop you see in magazine shots...
