After 22 inches of rain in two days, the Cape Fear River flooded the park and caused the ship to float after 45 years of sitting on the mud bottom.

In this situation I would have taken 3 bracketed shots 2 stops apart. Than I would have either used two them to blend the sky and the other elements together or used all three and produced an HDR shot. If you're afraid of failure ... you'll never succeed!

Your right. This need to be exposed for the sky and the foreground. If you're afraid of failure ... you'll never succeed!

How's this? I brightened it a bit and tried to lower the sky blowout.
