You'll need video software that will allow you to do it.
Recent Canon printers come with software that will do it, or you should be able to with any video editing software.

You can pull stills out of a video but they will be VERY low res.

Even my 7D are like 2MP images. The S95 will be about half of that.

Lol...they're all 2 megapixels...7d, 5dmk2, 1dmk4, and the s95

1920x1080 is your video "size"... So, yes...they will equal apprx 2 megapixels for a screen grab. If you've got a Mac, you can do the grab in iMovie. Not Sure about the Windows counterpart.

The S95 is a 720p max video shooter. That's why I said it would be half the size if you pluck a still from the video. I'm no expert but I don't think you can get a 2mp from 720p. Correct me if I'm wrong. That's all I have been able to do with Sony Vegas. Thanks.

Under Windows the free VLC player lets you take snapshots from video (including the S95).
It works really well and in my tests each image comes out between 1MB and 2.06MB so far.
All at 1280x720

EDIT: Just to clarify, these are .PNG files. In Faststone it tells you they are equivalent to .92MP images
