IMAGE NOT FOUND

A friend took this picture and is looking for an ID. Southern Ontario. Says it was 'about a foot tall' way up in the tree. Can you help?

Northern Mockingbird? That was my guess on what looks like the pattern on the wing. Not big enough though.
