A lot of them have university degrees.
And you're a little wrong about the salary. In HK it's AT LEAST $435USD a month (actually a little more). Not bad considering they get their tax paid for them and room and food is often free. Quite a lot earn enough to buy houses etc. back in the Philippines, it's not too bad a job in many ways.

ohh? haha they indeed are earning more than I do... I do have some profit shares every now and then though
yes many have university degrees but as you know most people only earn minimum wage here and those that are in the province don't even earn minimum.
even me, If I did not have a business here, I would probably be overseas working
