yeah I wonder why the girl is leaning towards the center when she is not even at edge of the lens? or is it because she is near the bottom?

Whatever it was we can just keep going here. I'll let monkey take over as thread starter (or is that "fire" starter). It would be nice to have a warning next time though mods.

To think, I thought I'd be the culprit that manages to get one of the CvN threads closed...

AND I WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND!

...

Not sure if I should be disappointed or relieved.

Not really eye hurting or retina burning but I'll play. This was a pic from the coast messing around in LR and bumping up saturation quite a bit.

I'll never buy another 14-24mm 2.8G ED again. I've owned two and there is always one problem or another.

Although this most recent problem most likely has to do with my D700 as the lens would not actuate unless in LV (!?!?!?) -- AF or MF.

I don't understand though seeing as none of manual German optics don't have this problem (and my past Nikkor glass: 45mm PC-E, 200mm 2G, and 135mm DC) did not this issue whatsoever.

::sighs::

yeah.. its sad :(

so what did you do today?

I attended the biggest international photography expo of the year here in NYC. Vendors from all different aspect of the business were there. Then went to central park and walked around as Halloween weekend is in full effect. Then came home and made dinner with the GF and relaxed :)

I have a really good idea and it has nothing to do with what steven said. I honestly believe the exchange between mandi and roger became too personal.
