Went to an off broadway show call Fuerza Bruta (Brute Force). Awesome! Its all with actions and no words. All kind of visualizations. Here is a shot i took (with iphone 4 aka better focus than 5dII) of this woman laying on a see through ceiling with water above us.

LOL. This is mild compared to alot of areas in Canada. When I was I kid, here in Medicine Hat, it would be about -30C (at least) with lots of snow every where right now. The winters are considerably milder now......Can't say I have a problem with that.....hehe.

Doing pretty good Steven. Starting to get excited for when we go to Mexico for my brothers wedding in just under a month. This will be my first vacation since we went to Maui in 2005. .....I so need it too.

wow!! I bet you must be really excited now Geof.. I remember you talking about that. where in Mexico ?

it must be pretty awesome going from very cold places to very very warm tropical places

I would have been in Beijing right now for 2 weeks experiencing my first ever winter, except my parents cancelled the trip and so... I'm stuck where I am :(

Jill-of-all-Trades wrote in post #11420171 (external link)
Hot already? We're heading into winter, it's only gonna get colder. +5 would feel quite warm right now. Our temps here haven't been that low yet, but the wind has been out of the north and it comes across the lake so it's a really damp cold wind.

I could probably deal with ice but I dunno how I am going to deal with cold winds haha...

I rarely ever get chills here, with airconditioning or even inside those walk in refrigerators or something... but I know its colder there, I just want to experience it at least and play some snowball ahahahaha

I prefer it to get cold and stay cold for awhile. I hate flip flopping weather. And I much prefer a dry cold, around here it's pretty much always a wet cold until the lake freezes over.

Go into one of those walk in freezers and stay there for about 15 minutes. Hold onto something frozen until you can't feel your fingertips. That will give you a slight idea of what it can be like around here.

Oh, and if you want a snowball fight then get your butt over here and we'll have a snowball fight!

We can go skiing too!

Yup, pretty excited. We'll be in the Mayan Riviera. The Grand Paladium Kantenah is the name of the resort.

As for going from a colder climate to tropical? No problem. I plan on wearing shorts and sandles when we go to the airport in Calgary to fly out of Canada. Did the same thing when we went to Maui....hehe. It was about -10C with snow on the ground then too. :)
