i think i was almost on the verge of frostbite once. i had no mittens on for about 30 minutes outside in -25. they turned purple/blue and i lost all sensation and it was the most excruciating pain while they feeling was coming back.

is that close?

Pretty close. Frostbite is white, then black when the skin is dead. I was just at the white stage thankfully.

I would have watched it last night, but it was in 3D, and I hate to watch 3D movies. so I watch the Last Exorcist instead.... what a waste :(
